Pavilion Place Apartments aka IMT Residential Theft of deposit when application denied Houston Texas

Pavilion Place apartments demand you put down a deposit along with an application fee before they will process your apartment rental application.

They don't tell you that if they deny your application that they will keep all fees including the $200 deposit. They denied my application and refuse to refund the deposit despite mutliple verbal and written requests.  They are very smooth operators, and scam artists supreme. 

Do not give any money to these people. They are thieves!!!!! acting under the guise of being a good place to live. I was naive and did not expect such unprofessional theft of service from what appeared to be a nice place. 

Do not be fooled by their smooth talking representatives. They will take your money and laugh all the way to the bank!
