I purchased a gun on gunbroker from this criminal. He is a criminal so DO NOT BUY from him. His last name is Libman and he is located in East Point, Ga. which I understand is just outside Atlanta, Ga. I sent this crook a certified check for $800.00 and never received my gun. I called him several times and he has not responded. Do not do business with this criminal....he will steal your money. I have hired an attorney and plan to prosecute him. I have all my tracking numbers of my certified check and it was cashed at Regions bank in East Point. My attorney is getting a copy of the video that shows him or someone cashing my certified check...thank you Regions bank. Most people are not like this i've found on gunbroker, but Paul Libman and Pawn America will steal from you and rip you off.

Funds were stopped from being paid from this account due to Internet ID theft. If you were a victim it was through no fault of mine. These were all electronic transactions that I did not authorize. They ran from Europe to the USA.
