pawnmart pawnmart.com SHAMMERS. Incorrect Product Descriptions and IGNORES ALL attempts to contact them Georgia, Internet

Pawnmart's item descriptions are INCORRECT and once item is bought and paid for and shipped, you are OUT OF LUCK. ALL attempts (multiple attempts by both phone and email) to reach any customer service are simply ignored.

Bought (with Credit Card) DVD player listed on Pawnmart's site, from one of their locations in Georgia. On their site, it said "REMOTE INCLUCED: YES"

However DVD player was sent to me with NO REMOTE -- making it useless. On this model, the only thing you can do is power it on and eject it without the remote.

I tried to reach pawnmart immediately via email. No reply. I tried their 800 number numerous times (where NO ONE answers, you just leave messages which are simply ignored). No reply. I tried for a full week. No reply of any kind. I reported it to my bank, and THEY tried reaching pawnmart. No reply. My bank (a credit union, actually) was nice enough, and simply refunded me my purchase price out of the credit union's own pocket, saying as it was under $25 it would cost them less than the trying to get the vendor (pawnmart) to refund the money.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. No matter what their website says, there are NO RETURNS with this company -- because you CANNOT REACH THEM to even talk to them. Again, multiple emails and calls and messages from both myself and my bank were never replied to. They were simply ignored. In the end my bank gave me my money back, but Pawnmart still got their money for selling something that was NOT AT ALL as described.

Don't be fooled. Don't buy from these folks. You'll get sent the wrong item or an incomplete item and you will have NO RECOURSE and NO WAY of getting a refund. It's your money -- and you will never see it again (nor get what you ordered) if you send it to these guys.
