I have to completely disagree with this consumers report.

I have purchased two Rhodesian Ridgeback puppies from Pawpatch - owner Steve Quick.  I've been more than satisfied with both my dogs and plan to purchase from him again soon.  Both of my previous ridgebacks "Apollo" and "Adonis Deimos" were in excellent health not only when purchased but throughout their entire lives!  In addition, neither of my boys were aggressive to humans nor other animals.  Deimos even spent his life amongst many other animals ranging from horses to coatimundi's!  Believe me, any dog who can even tolerate, let alone be buddies, coatimundi's is the epitome' of a well tempered dog!

I would also like to make mention that this dissatisfied consumer makes mention of only pictures.  Did he/she even visit the actual kennels which are located at his home?  Steve was more than happy to show of all of his dogs which are all in plain sight from even the road!  I assure anyone who visits will be impressed at well these dogs are kept!  Their enclosures are immaculate and he even has a climate controlled whelping building!!!

When I bought Apollo, my first boy, he was one of the first breedings and absolutely more than I could of ever asked for not only in a dog but for breed standards also!  At that time Steve Quick was still working for the Sheriffs Dept. before retiring to breed Ridgebacks and Boerboels. 

I seriously suggest anyone who reads the negative report to speak with and "physically" visit the kennels themselves and see for themselves the excellent quality of dogs and puppies there!  I also advise people to research the breed of dog they intend to bring into their homes thoroughly!  Ridgebacks and Boerboels are both know to be alpha and sometimes stubborn dogs.  Improper training and handling can make a monster out of any dog let alone a breed that has an often protective nature towards it's family.  I did a lot of research from breeders and breed organizations on training and raising Ridgebacks inparticular and both my boys turned out to be of excellent temperment.
