I was trying to transport a dog from Ohio to Florida.
I was selling a dog and the buyer arranged for the transportation with paws and claws.
We set it up on the 6th of November and had to wait until after thanksgiving.
The dog was set to be picked up on the 28th.
well we got a confirmation letter but no call as the day neared.
MIND YOU - I had to have all these SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS .. special collar, special pads, health certificate not just proof of vaccines and feed the dog for another few weeks. When I called the WOMAN ROBBIN stated oh the truck broke down. REALLY ? I could TELL SHE was lying. So she would have to reschedule.
I have spent over a good 150$ to meet with her demands of her company .. i asked what about all that ? the extra food while we had to wait, the special items i had to buy .. she said too bad. Take it up with the buyer!
This company is a scam . They are impossible to get ahold of when THEY MESS up and instead of saying they are sorry they make excuses . HORRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS with.!!!
