My car was towed at a apartment complex. I tried to stop them, but couldn't. I immediately called Paxton Towing, I was told if I pick up my car in ten minutes I wouldn't be charged for "storage". I tried telling To get my car out it cost me $309.00!!! (because I got it out in 10 minutes)

Look at all the other reports about towing in san diego area.your best course is to take them to small claims court, you can get your money back and damages also if they were in the wrong.
