I received an e-mail from Kevin at Fast cash advance stating that a payment did not come out of my account because the funds were not available. I ten e-mailed him back and stated that I understaood and I would like to make a pyament arrangement. I then received an e-mail from a Mr. John Clark stating that he wanted me to contact me about a payment arrangement. I called 1-866-654-7444 ext 820 and left him a message. He never called me back. I then looked at my bank statement and realized that a payment of $ 105.00 had been paid to them, 2 weeks prior to the e-mail from Kevin. I then called mr. Clark again, left a message and again no call back.
I reviewed my bank account online 4 days later and see another debit to Fast Cash and I then called the company and spoke to a representative. She ran my information and infomred me that my account was paid in full.
Well today 2/2/11 I looked at my bank account online and fast cash advance tried to pulled 3 transactions on my account one for $ 108.00, another for $105.00, and another for $ 350.00. I then picked up the phone and called them again. They then told me that I have a balance of $850.00 due and I told them I will not pay anymore because I was told my loan was paid in full. They told me that they will see me in court. I have saved the e-mails that I sent to them, at least I was that smart. But I have learned that I will never do a payday loan online ever again.
