A Pay Pal payment was made and brout to my attention although they were over drafting my account and I had no knolge of it untill they sent me an over draft statment but my account said I still had money in my account.When I tryed to ask them why the money was sent they said because the sent it for me as a loan.I never asked them to do that and I don't want a loan,why would I ask for a loan frome somebody that would put me in debt.
