When I first contacted PPF and spoke with Jeff Haskins (no longer with the company) I was told I would be receiving leads that were 3-4 days old. I was also given a written guarantee that if I ever went out of business I would receive a full refund. Well, I called these leads religiously for a month and oddly enough the newest of the leads were already 3 weeks old and most times the customer had already refinanced or simply could not be helped. Well, I have since left the mortgage industry and have written and called time and again to get my refund, still nothing. I have left message after message for David Anderson with no response. I was told that Vince was supposed to call me (that was 3 weeks ago) still no response. DO NOT do business with this company they will rip you off.
