Pay WebJTCharge Free age verification turns into unauthorized monthly billing to credit card (39.85)***True rip off!!!! Irvine California
*Consumer Comment: Until 2003 I used to get porno-site spam. Some porno-spam included very explicit pictures....
Advertised on the internet as a free age verification.....then the company states that you clicked on a premium site....that's the rip-off part. It is advertised as a free site until you get the monthly statement with the $39.85 charge on it.
I say we pursue this company with legal action and if that does not seem possible maybe we can address there site with some help from professional website distrupters.

Those sites always had a banner stating that you had to be 21 years old to enter, and to prove that yor WERE at least 21 years old you were supposed to enter your CC information.
I was bright enough to know that because there are teenagers with their own CC, and also that a teen (or younger person) could 'borrow' their parents' CC and enter its information, I realized that the age-verification ruse was a clever scam to get your CC information so they can charge you for using their site.
So I suggest you simply avoid ALL sites that ask for your CC to verify your age. Or else you should be prepared to pay to play.
I am also bright enough to know that if you must resort to a lawsuit to solve the minor problems that you really could have avoided with some careful thought, then you have already lost.
