Paychex Ptells you high pricing means Great service.. It isn't so! They ripped us off San Francisco California

This is to say it's a sad day when a company promises you excellent service and then fails to perform. Paychex told me that we mustn't go with the other company if they are lower prices..they say there must be something wrong with them being so low. But Paychex did not provide professional services. They did not care that treated a non profit charitable organization with disrespect.

Week after week we had a different payroll specialist. Never did we keep a consistent payroll specialist. We had to keep repeating ourselves.

When we tried to get help ..we waited on the phone listening ot boring music while someone was found to tend to our request. They then had to search the data base for our files since they were familiar with our account.

Our taxes were filed late and the penalty we received Paychex wanted us to pay.



Don't believe those sales people telling you that paying more is better..They caused us a complete shut down of our little organization. Even after trying and trying to get help with our problem. Paychex simply stopped answering our calls.

Bad company Paychex.. be careful . not to be fooled by the line that you pay more for a better service..It's not so!
