Some two months ago I took out a trial subscription. This proved to be a waste of money after 2 hours so it was cancelled. Needless to say the trial subscription and a full 1 month subscription was out my account the following morning.
Contacted both the site and PayCom and created merry hell. While checking my bank statement today, I found a further months subscription out. Contacted Paycom and was told that I had not cancelled anything etc etc. It wasnt until I told Paycom that if the money wasnt back in my account today that I would be notifying the Police of their fraudulent activity that the girl after a 30 second pause gave me a reference number and stated the money would be refunded.
Within 3 minutes I had both Email assurance and refund notice from the site involved. Will wait to see if the money actually turns up !
