Paycom.net ripoff, did not authorize multiple 39.95 deductions from checking Internet

I recently got my internet connection, while surfing i signed up for a $1.00 preview for three days with my debit card. i went back in to cancel before the three days was up and they took out 39.95 out of my account twice. I never really even used the service i was billed for. i tried to contact them about this and no response. what do i do?
