Payday Avenue And Broken Privacy ripoff and broken privacy act Oaks Pennsylvania

I had taken out a payday loan with these guys and had repaid in the past but this time I wasn't able to pay back. I called and was told that I could make it on my next pay day.

THEY LIED. They took out half of what I owed because thats all I had in the bank and made my account have overdraft fees.

Today I receive a letter from my employer(ACCOUNTING DEPT) about a wage assignment. Luckily my employer does not accept these. Pay day avenue but all my business in the street. My employer knows when I took the loan and that I hadn't paid it back. They sent them a copy of everything.

How embrassing! Where is the privacy act at for these people. They said in the letter to my job that had informed me and had contacted me, but they have not did anything like that. NO phone calls, letters in the mail, or calls to the references that I listed on the application. Someone please tell me what to do. I have been at my job for 10 yrs. and have never had anything like this happen.

I know I owe them the money but I try to contact them on the phone and no answer, I also tried to login on the website on my account like I have always done and now it tells me that I do not have access to that website. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME
