On January 4, 2011 I received an email thanking me for my order. I had never ordered anything or signed up for a membership as the email stated. It said that it was a 30-day free trial membership and after the 30-days if you do not cancel they will charge you $30.00. I sent an email to cancel on January 5, 2011 and on January 6, 2011 they took $30.00 out of my bank account. The 800 number is always busy and I noticed there was a rip-off report on this company filed today and yesterday.
