This company drafted the amount of $30.00 from my checking account saying that the funds where to cover and enroll me in some type of payday loan protection plan for a payday loan. I have never applied for a loan with them, or signed up for any of thier services. When I contacted the Bank they advised me of the telephone number to call and provided copies of the front and back of the check which was an old check and the series of numbers dont match. After attempting to contact this company I was never able to get through on the 1-888-897-8045 number because it always rings busy.

My Bank has started the dispute process againist this company and I have already reported the company to the attorney general in my state as well as Utah.

Just filing to have you guys be more informed of this companies practices.
