Payday Loan Resource Center This internet payday loan company fraudulently took money from my bank checking account Nationwide

I am writing to complain that I believe that Payday Loan Resource Center is fraudulently taking money from people who use the internet inquiring about payday advance loans.

I have no recollection whatsoever of ever opening this website, much less completing an application, yet the representative I spoke to on the phone said "Have you ever applied online for a payday loan?" I responded "Yes." He responded that it is in the Terms and Conditions of the application that you subscribe and are to be charged monthly."

I kept trying to tell the representative that I did not fill out an application with this company, and he in turn would only repeat over and over, "It is in the Terms and Conditions."

When I looked up the phone number of the company on the reverse look-up, the number 1-866-592-6449 comes up as 'unknown.' Yet, when you dial it, you get an answer after a long rambling voice mail on nothing that makes any sense. From the representative I spoke with I feel certain this is a company that is not in the United States.

The website does not show an address and makes a statement that if you believe you have been unfairly charged on your bank account click here; which then takes you to the statement, your charge was listed in the Terms and Conditions.

It looks like that they are finding a way to get information from people, like myself who have applied for payday loans online. This is fraud.
