Payday Loan Yes, I.e. Legal Mediation Practice. J.W. Lomax These two companies seem to be working together to rip people like me off Internet

On May the 29th of 2008 my wife took a call from a man who gave his name as J.W.Lomax who stated that he was with a legal firm called Legal Mediation Practice. He as my wife were I was and she told him I was not home. He then began to threaten my wife who suffers from many illnesses and is unable to walk.

When I arrived home I found my wife in a state of panic. I immediately called Mr. J.W. Lomax back and ask him why he had called threatening my wife. He informed me that he was with a company called Legal Mediation Practice and that they represent a company called PayDay Loan Yes. When I informed Mr J.W. Lomax that I had bank statements showing all the deducts that Payday loan yes had taken from my account he called me a liar and demanded that I send him those statements. I told him I was going to turn them over to an attorney st which point I hung up on him.

Later I called Mr. J.W. Lomax again and I informed him that I was recording the call he immediately denied me the right to record our conversation and I ask him if he was refusing to allow me to record our conversation and he answered yes Land I responded , that is all I need and hung up.
These two companies are stealing millions off of us and they are getting away with it. They need to be shut down and made to pay back those that they have ripped off. Please take warning do not do any business with Payday Loan Yes as their are a rip off company.
