So, I went on line, looking for a pay day type loan. Of course, I still have thousands of companies sending me junk. I choose Payday Mobility, because they said I could make installment payments.
The man I spoke with said I would have a one time fee of $150.00, the first month. Then I had up to 9 installments afterwards.
Well, he failed to mention, the $150.00 service fee each month, in additon to any amount I paid on the original $250.00 I borrowed. So far, in two months I have paid them, $300.00, on a loan that was $250.00.
I live off of SSDI and I really can not keep paying this company, the service fee each month, plus more funds to pay the loan down.
They are Loan Sharks!

I was online looking for a loan an they deposited the money in my account without me telling them to and when I realized it I didn't, have the money to pay them back. I think that it is illegal to do this because in my state payday loans of any kind are illegal so what should I do.

I borrowed $250.00 from this company back in December of 2012 and I was told that i would have a 1 time fee of $75. Well from that point on I have been paying $75. every two weeks plus sum. This is illegal in my opinion because they have debited an estimate of about $900. I also called and told them just to take the full loan out and they're still just taking out $100. every 2 weeks. I need some assistance or legal advise of how to get rid of these people.
