Today I have spoken to two of your representative, Lynn (who would not give me her full name and someone name John.

I was told that my balance to PSC was paid in full and that the balance was only for the validation program.

In the beginning of this program was not told that I would only be paying for the Validation Program.

When I started this program I talked to a LaTasha, she told me that the program fee to get started was $98 and that I had to send this thru Money Gram; in which I did. Then LaTasha told me she would send me my welcome packet thru email; in which she did. She also told me being that my two payday loans were a certain amount I would only have to pay PSC $89 a month. I was also told that the payments would be added to my settlement to my payday loans.

Today, I was told something totally different and that the payments to you were only for a validation program.

I asked them for a coyoung the contract stating that the program would cost $543, this is the total of what I have paid to PSC. In reality I could have paid this to the payday lenders.

The contract i have states that a representative is to call me to explain the options of the validation program and when it has been completed, this has not happened. I have to keep calling PSC for updates. I would think being a "legit company" they would either send notices thru the mail, email or by telephone. This is also stated in your contract, that you would be in contact with me throughout the program.

John stated that he would send a ticket out to Infinity PDS to contact me in regards to the settlement stage of the program. I need to know how can I file suit with them to get my money back?
