PaydayYes.com Beware of Loan Sharking Internet

I have been a victim, partly of my own doing, by not paying attention to the business practices of this company. I am hoping to save others the money and hassle!
On June 1, 2007 I was a little short of cash and found this company on-line and took a loan for $600. I intended to pay them back the next paycheck, along with the $150 interest. The interest is high, but it beats unpaid bills or late fees, so I accepted that.

The problem started when I tried to contact the company to pay back the loan. You have to contact them at least 4 or 5 days by phone to arrange a pay back. I kept missing this time frame (and forgetting the date due to heart surgery, getting 2 childen into college, work and home obligations etc) Every payday (every 2 weeks) I was reminded of this obligation by seeing more and more money exiting my account. I have now paid a total of $1750 for this debt.

I called today and was informed that my balance was still $312.50!! Six months later and I haven't even paid off half my debt!!!I attempted to do that today, but they would not allow it.

I have a credit/debit card that can be used as a credit card all over town, but they would not let me use that to pay off the debt, or my checking account as they have already been doing!!They agreed to take out the balance plus interest in 2 weeks on my next payday, but I have yet to see if they follow through.

This brings my total to well over $2,000 so far to pay for my mistake of trusting this company.
