Payless Car Sales - MIAMI MASTER CARS ARE A RIP OFF, PAYLESS CAR SALES ARE STEALING PEOPLES MONEY Miami Florida

I paid $500 dollars down to trade in my old saab for a 2006 bmw 325i, they never filed the documentation with the bank and with the florida motor vehicle, neither they did the finance documentation with the new bank, so i was still liable with the old debt, for that I did return the bmw, and requested my money back, when I went to pick up the check they said that they were not going to retunr the money after they signed a document stating that they were going to retunr my $500,oo. I did argue with the owner and he said that he was not going to return my money, and he even said that i could call my lawyer.

I feel this company should no longer be in business, and no longer do business at all.

This obviosly left a scar in my credit, and my finances, I want to sue this company for a large a mmount of money, and also note that I wnat this guy ot of business so he does not steal money from people anymore,
not only he did not pay my money, but he did not pay other people with the same issues, even employees that had their commissions where not paid.

I am looking for a great lawyerr that can do a class act lawsuit against this company and his owner, MIAMI MASTER CARS.

clearly this guy can be taken to court for millions of dollars.
