Why would you write a report for your daughter?? 

We go through a valdiation period that can last 120 days. At which time if these lenders are illegal they will continue to harras customer for payment since we gave you the tools to stop them from accesing your bank account. They will threaten with attorney generals, jail time for check fraud. They will also call every number you provided for references. 

After we valdiate the lenders that are illegal the loans will become null & void. If they are legal then you'll go to a 3rd party settlement company that will attempt to settle and finish the process. Most of these online lenders are overcharging interest and fees. 

You can validate the debt yourself just like you can change the oil in your car but you pay someone to do the dirty work for you. 

 They have finally agreed to a settlement. The dispute is resolved.

Former employee I know you can answer this better than anyone. Do they validate any loans?? Is it a common practice if someone complains to offer 50% refund? What did you experience and see with how accounts were handled or were not handled? How long were you employed with them?

 I previously worked for this zoo. I cant call it any more than what I experienced. The man whom hired me was Justin Farmer. He is a narcicistic racist a*****e> He hires blacks and spanish people and put them against each other befriending them only to see whom make more money. He has favorites and makes sure he belittles any woman that crosses his path. They not only lie to people because here is the whole scam they buy leads from vendors whom are the same lenders providing the payday loans I thought that was called a conflict of interest. However they know they can do anything beyong the law because most are not based in USA some are in pakistan, costa rica, mubai or where ever. Some states prohibit payday loans and they advise their sales people not to tell the clients or your job is on the line. I left this company some time ago because Justin after lunch would stink like liquor or  marijuana.  He would also request from his employees to "hook him up" I guess he assumed since some one is black they can get drugs for him. Not only did they not pay out the correct commisions but the real owner of this place also has dealings with tax preparation places that are even more of a scam.  Look up Tax R U in palm beach county.
