Paylessstore On Ebay Theater Research Company Man in the Van selling Junk speakers finds new method of delivery EBAY! ripoff Saint Louis Missouri

When I was a kid this was the first time I ever heard of and or saw this happen and it is amazing to me that it is still the oldest scam goingyet even stronger today than ever before. I did not fall for it then but did fall for it on e-bay??? Dumb me:( They list these Theater Research units as amazing , spectacular on the Rob Report? etc, enclosed is a 4 page manual and barley anything else other than fancy lights and dials to make you feel good that you got the deal of the century because of course they list them at a retail price of 3 kazillion dollars and up!

However today they rarely need a white van etc to continue the dirty dealings they simply use the largest store in the world E-Bay and they sell thousands of them on E-bay and people are so ashamed of getting ripped off they rarly say anything.

I contacted this gentleman and sent him links to other stories on the net and he said he would gladly give me back my money if I returned it, so I did and then he said it was returned damaged I thankfully took out Insurance as he notedon the return,another attempt to keep my money and the unit, but now he refused to give the unit to fedex to exam for damages and has not reponded to my numerous e-mails per his original agreement to refund me my $300.00.

To this day he has not reponded and all buyers should be aware of him on Ebay or in the st. louis area.

The last part is somewhat funny and sobering after all of this I was driving down the street and came to a stop light. A guy in a black pickup pulled up next to me in the same week this all just went down and asked me if I was interested in some speakers and I laughed at him uncontrolably until he drove off realizing I was onto his scam, so ebay is the new prfered method of victimizing but as fate would have it the man on the street is still alive and looking for his next victim.
