Payment Security Adminisrtation scam group Toronto, Canada

    I recieved another notice from a scam group in the mail today . The name of this group is (The payment security administration) who stated "The payment security administration has determined that you shall recieve entitlements and a finacial recovery award of up tp $27,500.00. Then it goes on to say the award will be mailed by check, overnight courier, or wire transfer and the only thing that you have to do is pay a entitlement processing fee of $29.97. I have recieved several notices from many different scam groups stating that i have won an award and i need to pay an processing fee! Even though im young im not stupid so i research every one that i get and i have done so for quite sometime now. The strange part that i have found is that i have been participating in the Publishers clearinghouse Sweepstakes and did not recieve any of these outragous scam notices until i started doing this sweepstakes. ALL of the scam group notices i recieve come from CANADA. I have recearched other people who also say they too participate in the Publishers clearinghouse sweepstakes and DID NOT recive these notices untill they did. Coencidance or not these groups need to be stopped and the best way to do that is to report them so others who may be smart enough to research it can read it before they are ripped off!
