Oct 12 2014, I had a fraudulent charge on my mastercard. It happened in the early morning hours. My cell phone beeped showing a made a purchase which I didn't.  I called the paypal extras credit card number within moments of the charge happening.   I closed the account and opened a new one.  I put alerts on my credit reports, since I've been a victim of identity theft before.  I challenged the purchase. They said they would send me a form and investigate. No form no investigation and the fraudulent charge showed up on my NEW credit card.  I called on 12/12/14 1:10pm and asked what happened and they said there was no investigation and no record. I told them I called on 10/12/14 at 3:10am (i'm impressed there was someone working and answering calls). After a pause and some checking they said I could petition to have the disputed amount of 129 removed from my account and that I would be transferred to the disput department.   I was hung up on.  I called back. Same thing happened again. I disputed with the actual company the charged me and they were weird but they gave me a $50 credit but I'm still out $79.00.
