Ok, It was Christmas shopping time. Looked around for a good deal on laptop.
Found http://store02.prostores.com/
servlet/notebooks21/StoreFront.
They had a nice laptop for $399. I thought i could trust site cause they used paypal. I Ordered laptop and the transfer was done through paypal. I got confirmation email from laptops4salz saying it was ordered. I then emailed back asking about the tracking number. They said we are sorry our store is in trial so please go to paypal and retrieve your funds. I started a dispute cause thats paypal's policy.
After waiting and escalated it to claim, the company never responded again. Paypal said they had a hold on the account and if the company didnt send my funds back they would take them.
Well they finally got me a refund. 95 cents out of the 399.00. Told me if they couldnt get it all back I could contact my bank to retrieve the rest. Working on that now.
So basically I believe this prostore company up and took the money and all paypal will do is not allow them to use that paypal account again.
So basically the little money i had for Christmas was stolen by this store and paypal isn't doing anything to get it back.
So Im Warning everyone. You can't trust this site or paypal.
A few facts: Anthony Green was name used to tranfer funds to. Contact is 2stocktrading.com,,support.
laptops4salz is one name they use, and bestlaptops. Since they took my money I believe they created new prostores account,, im researching that now.
Anyone know of the best way to get this money back? Who to contact?

ok have you tried ic3.gov? i am doing a report now, i have donethe better business bureau too. so try those and lets see if we can get to the bottom of this, cause i had a very similar situation, laptop cost $399, everything is the same , the website i bought mine is notebooks4salz, so they have been changing things around continously getting money from ppl, email me (((email redacted))) and lets see if we can get together and get our money back, if you havent already.

1> paypal should and have to try to get the full refund because
a) you obviously won a full refund.
b) paypal should give you all your money then they should turn around and go after these people for their money cause in my experience i had problems as a seller with a buyer and they made a claime but i won in my favor due to seller protection and got my money back even thought they were still debating with his credit card company. so they should have given you all your money back.
2> if you know the address and names i would say take the company or who ever owns it to claims court or just plain sue him for stealing your money and causing you what appears spent time and mental anguish.
