During August and September of this year I attempted to enter my checking routing and account number. At first I checked the no paper bill check box thinking that PayPal would accept my routing number and checking account number. PayPal Smart connect had accepted numerous checks from this bank.

The online PayPal system did not accept my banks routing number and checking account number. Subsequently I tried to enter the same numbers without checking the 'dont send paper bill box'. I phoned PayPal smart connect in September telling the representative that I did not receive a paper bill. The representative did not offer any solution except to state that a fee would be imposed for a phone payment. I sent a check in a non-PayPal envelop with the account number on the check I believe that PayPal deliberately delayed processing in order to impose a late fee. I admit that my October payment was
late because of a vision problem. I phoned PayPal on November 16,2012. A representative named John Victor ? for a long first part of the conversation tried to convince me to take ads on my cell phone ignoring my attempts to complain about the PayPal online system. He finally took the same routing and checking number as though PayPal would deduct the payment with a previous late charge of $42. This payment for November was never deducted probably because again the PayPal system would not accept my routing number and checking account number even I had paid numerous times with checks from the same account.

On the third of this month PayPal called me three times to tell me that my payment was now $92 because of late fees that they caused. When will this rip-off end?
