I opened a paypal account with no social security number required. I now have over $1600 in payments that I have recieved and they have limited my account access and will not let me have my money. They said it is because they have determined it to be high risk account, though I have had no complaints filed nor anyone say they have not recieved an item. Now that my account is closed I will not be able to ship the last of the items totaling over $800. The other $800 in account has been shipped and positive feedback has been left but they are refusing to release my money even though they have confirmation that the buyers are happy and rcieved there items.
