This is where you again do not make any sense whatsoever. If you were paid by the buyers of those 5 auctions, the money is yours, and paypal, upon the closure of your account HAVE TO TRANSFER THE funds to you!

Seems like I just read another report where you claim a guy ripped off the inner works of a watch of yours, and then he also hacked into your computer and erased all the e-mail records. Sounds like you have a problem, not your computers or other people.

That is another thing all the buyers were toll not to stick money in my account and did not until ebay told them to do so. I have all the emails from the buyers and matter of fact they sent me money for the merchandise and I sent them the merchandise and they were happy with everything. The only thing they were un happy with was Paypal.

Well, judging by your complaint, its hard to say what was done, when it was done, why it happened and of course, THE ITEMS you were selling...

Partner? What do you mean partner? And the only way a fund transfer can be made is through the WEBSITE or your PARTNER sent it to you. Paypal cannot initiate any "transfer" of any sort without any sort of interaction. Lie again

Entering your bank account? You can't access yoru bank account through Paypal. YOU can list your accounts via Paypal as a source to get funds , or to deposit funds, but YOU cannot access your bank account through Paypal.

How can you list items up for auction without any account at Ebay?

YOU could still send them merchandise without going through Ebay. As long as payment was received, Paypal gives you the information you need to send the merchandise and to whom. If you didn't do it within the 14 days after payment was received, the buyers can inistiate complaints against you.
Someone just doesn't know how to use EBAY nor know what the heck they are doing!!!!
