I received a PayPower Visa Pre-Paid Debit card from a relative as a gift.  I know they were unaware of hidden fees when the card was purchased.  It was difficult to activate, impossible to use, and when I finally called to find out the problem, found out about the "Monthly service charge" of $5.95 that had been eating away from the balance of my card!!  What a ripoff!

I can't stand this type of thing - their website advertises easy to use service- talk about false advertising!

I strongly advise you to stay away from this company.
