Payprotec and Vincent Loforti Vincent Loforti and Payprotec commited intentional fraud. Fresno California

It is beyond comprehension that Vincent Loforti continues to rip off business owners without taking responsibility. I wish I had checked this site prior to doing business with him as I would have discoverd a previous rip off report on him filed by an employee while he ran another business. I owned a business that took payment from customers via credit card processing. Vincent Loforti represented himself as owner/CEO of Payprotec Pacific, a company that sells merchant processing. He offered a lease agreement for the equipment with written verification that it could be canceled with a 60 day notice. I sold the business 6 months later and contacted him with a 60 day notice to transfer the lease on my machine and ever since he has stopped answering my phone calls or responding to emails. When I called the Payprotec office in Fresno to speak with Almembra Black as she signed the guarantee letter of transfer, I left messages but received no response. I called repeatedly. I then called a general number for Payprotec and was informed they do not lease equipment but instead provide it at no cost to their merchants. When I asked for their assistance in dealing with Vincent Loforti they claimed to not have any responsibility for statements/contracts or arrangements made by their agents.I find it appalling that Vincent Loforti can represent a company and the consumer has no support or recourse with that company. Shame on you Payprotec. It is a sham and misleading to think that a merchant is getting the reputation of a company and then find you are left with nothing but people who are out to commit fraud, cheat and lie. Payprotec required me to send the machine to them in order to cancel their monthly service, however the leasing company wants to be paid the full amount of a multi-year lease. I now have no machine by requirement of Payprotec and am being asked to pay for something I no longer own or use without any support from Vincent Loforti who assured me when he sold me the service that his word was good and the written commitment was valid. Beware and do not do business with either Vincent Loforti, Almembra Black or Payprotec.
