PAYS Merrick Bank I tried to activate my benefit which I had been paying for almost two years or more, they company kept telling me to send more and more documentation and when I would mail and fax the info. they always stated the did not receive it, even though I had confirmation. They try to prolong the situation so that they dont have to pay for your benefit insurance they wont let you speak to the program administrator, they wont give phone or email inforamation to the people that receive the documents and they are very unhelpful. Its a scam in my opionoin and I wouldnt reccomend this to anyone. Jacksonville Florida

I have paid insurance on my credit card for over two years, when I tried to activate my benefit after being laid off, the company made it difficult to do so.  I repeatedliy faxed and mailed everything that the company asked for and they continuously said they did not received it or that it was the wrong information, and it would be the same information the previously asked for.  They reps are not helpful at all, they frustrate you and when I asked to speak to the dept. who receives my docs they tell me they are unable to transfer me to that dept or that no one from that dept can contact me.  I asked them to notate my account and they stated they could not do so.  They try to prolong the process so they dont have to make payments in my opionion.  I wish I would have looked them up before I agreed to get the benefit because now I see how unprofessional and scamful they are.  I would not reccomend this to anyone.  These people are bad news and the program is a complete ripoff.  Im thinking of getting a lawyer to help resolve my issue because I have been going through mess with them for far too long.
