 Hello I made a withdrawl request from on 02/03/16 into my bank account. It was completed in my back office, however it didn't show up in my bank account. I spoken to my bank account they said the transaction number you provided does not have a trace. I spoke to payza on numerous occasions but no real help was given. They only told me takes 5 business days to reflect into bank account However before I also had same problem with them. They made a mistake to transfer funds into my uk bank account and it didn't go through properly.

I asked payza to double check if it was sent correctly, but they ignored my question and gave me a shut up excuse that funds will take 5 business days to reflect in bank account. I asked to speak to payment department but they said no contact details available, so they said to me wait for 5 business days. I contacted my bank to ask about the trace, Tey said no trace is found on the reference number they gave me! Reference number 6884A B548A 13B28 funds for £133.00 I had previous issues with payza. On 25th Feb 16 payment went into my bank account., no issue their! However this payment not gone in. I know it's a technical fault on their side, as same issue happen last time and they corrected it. But this time they refusing to answer my question and escalate my issue.

payza mistake

 I had same issue with payza before. When the payment department incorrectly processed my transfer request in jan 16, it uploaded on facbook payza page saying payza like to apologies due to internation uk bank transfer the system made mistake. And my request was completed correctly I recieved my funds into my bank account. And after that date my funds worked normal into my bank account, funds gone in on 25th of feb 16 no issue at all. It went in in 3 business days after completed in back office. However I am having this same payza system error. Because it's longer then the time frame and I know Its a system error. I just want payza to speak to payment department and double check if it was sent correctly, I know for sure that it's a system glitch. Stop trying to wash down the error and say it will take 5 business days without even looking at it if it was processed correctly in payza payment department.

If it has been more than 5 business days since this transaction shows as "Completed" in your Payza account and you still haven't received your funds, please contact us via support ticket at - Your ticket will be assigned to the appropriate department and we will provide you with a proof of transfer.
