I purchased MS Office 2010 Professional last year and after the SP-1 upgrade it invalidated my product key. Microsoft said to contact the seller to get a VALID key and they will not respond to repeated requests to resolve this issue.

Beware of this company - they are selling products that Microsoft will invalidate.
