I purchased Office 2010 from these guys in 4/20/2011.

I lost my hard drive on my lap top and I had to re install the download. I went back to the URL I was given and downloaded the software.

When I tried to activate the software I was told it was not a legitimate copy and I should contact the vendor to return it.

I have been trying to contact pddistribution online for about a week now. There phone line is answered by a machine that states they are helping other customers and can not take my call.

When I try the online help It comes back that online help is unavailable. I have left several emails with no response.

I guess the next step is the Fla AG.
