PC Bug-Repair.Com alan marks Trojan Attack to Lock Up your P.C then Hold it for Ransom till you Pay!!!!!! Lakewood, New Jersey

As other poor hostages I have read of on your ripoff website, my p.c was attacked by trojans, and viruses etc, then came the p.c bug-repair.com pop ups informing me I was infected and needed to buy their service to clean them out of my hard drive.I ignored the pop ups and removed the file it had downloaded to my p.c, only to have it re-infect the p.c over and over again. My p.c finally locked up so I paid the $79.95 for my LIFE TIME! program, the viruses and trojans were cleared off my p.c and all was good, so I thought! Eight days later I decided to do a scan to make sure I had no viruses etc only to find the program was no where to be found on my p.c. I traced the company back to a phone number. When I got through I told the customer service rep what had happened ,and was promised an email within 5 minutes that would have a link with codes that would allow me to download the program again. Nothing turned up, so today I went online to get the number again, when I finally got through, they tried to promise the same thing as yesterday......... (I had also noticed the ripoff site complaining of the same company just underneath and read all the complaints, they were all identical to mine!) So when the rep tried to offer me the 5 minute email crap again, I refused and demanded my money back, (in two weeks! was the offer) I refused this and told them they would be getting reported and that many people have now laid complaints about their scam. I also informed him that I would legally rip him a new &*&!! hole if his company touched my p.c with his trojans and viruses again. After asking him if he understood what I was telling him he conceded my point of view. Within 5 minutes he had emailed a cancelation notice, then another confirmation of refund notification. If I hadn't have seen the rip off site I would still be fighting for justice, I'm sure. I chose to still lodge a complaint on this site in order to help build a case against these scammers and to hopefully make more people aware of it.
