I signed up to get a computer from PC Direct.Biz about five to seven months ago, but after about eight weeks and no computer I cancelled my contract with them. After about two months they credited my 99.00 fee back into my checking account. Now about five months later they go into my account and make an unauthorized debit, which caused my account to be overdrawn. I am currently in the process of disputing this with my bank. When I attempt to call them no one answers the 800 number. I would love to be able to speak to someone regarding this so that we can get this problem solved expeditiously. I want my money back and I also want to inform others of this scam and hopefully they will never give their information to this company and get ripped off.....
