Perfect shame organization
Absolutely zero interest in customer issues or complaints, they respond on the sudjects of their Corporate interests but not of their clients' ones, making the promotion of more fantastic softwares to solve problems I do not have..
I have tried on a dozen occasions to attempt a refund since the very first days of installation ; their service dept. pretended I past the refund period limit of 60 days after only 10 days and refused to refund.
More, it turns out Drivers HeadQuarters billed me $39.90 for the Two year plan when my believe was only $9.00 for a One year plan, is that a fraud ?
But more again, that software is no use to me, to solve my hardware I was having and solved without using that Detective ....
In conclusion, I am frustated and outraged, and without any prejudice, I feel I am victim of a wel organized and planned, fraud.
