PC Expert 247 theft by deception--when I asked for computer help I was told my payment did not go through.

When I was having trouble with my computer I was so tried of this happening over and over. A pop up for PC experts micro soft seemed to be the answer. After calling and having a"tech" show me my computer problems I was told that for $499.99 I would never have problems again, would not have to buy another computer etc. etc. My computer did work ok for a few months then the first time I called for help I was told my payment did not go through and they could not do anything. My bank sent me proof otherwise and I called back they hung up on me 3 times and said they did not want to talk to me. Finally they said they would refund me in one wee That time has passed. My bank has since changed owners so I worte to the company and requested payment sent to me. I have not heard or received anything.
