I could not send emails, so I called Technical Support. The man who answered asked me to describe the problem, which I did. He then took over the computer.

After about half an hour he asked me to send an email. I sent several with no problem and thought he had solved the problem.  

I paid with a credit card ($179) since the agreement specified a thirty-day period to make sure the work was satisfactory. Today I kept getting "This page cannot be displayed" messages. When I tried to contact him using his email with the agreement, I realized that there was no valid return email address.
