PC Parts Unlimited Mike Zinner Buyer Beware! PC Parts Unlimited will rip you off! Solon OH Ohio

I received an email from PC Parts Unlimited around the 1rst of June 2015. I ordered a "Gateway" Intel system form them. When it arrived, it was apparent that this was not a Gateway computer at all, but just a cheap case filled with used parts. When I contacted Mike Zinner, their rep, he hung up on me 3 times! During those brief conversations, he said laughingly, "well, it has some Gateway parts in it". It took me contacting my credit card company, and the Attorney General of Ohio to get a refund from them. It was missing parts that I ordered, the keyboard was missing 3 keys..I still have the pics. To add insult to injury, they changed a scathing 1 star review that I gave them into a 5 star rave and put my name on it! Buyer Beware!!!
