After hearing an advert on the radio about this good school that can get you a career in six months i was excited as i had lost my job then due to layoffs in my company. i did an online test on computers and i put my information and in no time i was contacted by a guy called Brent Bernacle who is from the school. He was so upbeat and promised that my layoff was good as it will give me a chance to get a new career. i bought into the idea and we set up a meeting for that evening. anyway evrything went so fast that at the end i was a little skeptical everything seemed like a miracle this guiys can do anything to get you they will say anything to get you. so i went back the next day and boom i was signed up and i was filling out loan papers and i was ready to go.
After a day they guy called me and said good news my loan had been approved it was $13500, i went to see the paper work and i realized that i was suppose to pay back about a$120 every month beginning from that month i came home depressed i knew i was in for a big surprise by the way things were going, so i went through everything at that moment i gave the guy a call and told him that i wasnt in a position to make a payment of any amount at that time i was in a bad situation financially and didnt wonna add anything to my plate it was full already. he called me back later and told me that the tuition had been reduced to $11500 i told him no i dont want anything to pay at that point i dont have a job and i have a family i cant commit to another payment when i cant put food on the table in my house i need to figure out that first. oh he told he would call me back next thing he calls me with another offer $9500 i told him no i cant do it.
Then i decided that evening after reading that i could cancel the loan in five days and not be chaqrged i went back to him and told him that because of my situation i wasnt able to attend class and i wanted to drop as i had no money even to pay the $ 100 dollars they needed for registration.
He came back with a different story that they had brought down the tuition to $7500 with no registration fees and i can start at a later date and he hope by that time i will have gotten a job.
I was so tired after waiting in his office for a long time my wife had been waiting all along in the car and this guy is coming up with so many things and his resolution was he didn't want me to drop as he had seen a high potential in me and i can be a success story. I just left tired and bored not knowing what to do.
Then after a while before the start of the next session of class i went back to them that i wasn't going to be able to attend school so i wanted to cancel it all together that's when he hit me with the news then you have to pay back the loan you took. I was shocked i told him i haven't attended any class apart from the one i went to after him explaining to us what PC pro was all about  then he told us we were free to go in and listen to what we were going to get. then the online material the instructor had asked us to log into so that we can know if our passwords were working that's all i had. He said ell then you have to pay fore that because that's about 25% of the class this made me mad i left and never communicated with them.
Many months later i was contacted by the loan agency called firstmark services asking that i pay back the loan or they would report me to the higher education office who would then garner my wages.
this has been frustrating i explained to them what happened but they told me to talk with the school as they were the ones with the money. i tried to call the school but every time they would promise to call me back which they didn't i contacted firstmark services about it and asked them if they can help me they said no. I tried again and this time i found a lady who promise to follow up and call me the next day. the next day i got the sad news they had refunded back $5800 to the agency and the rest was a charge for the online material and the day that i went to class what a mess.
I don't know what to do now but i am warning everybody don't try PC pro if you don't have money to pay them they will hook you up with a death sentence.
