pc support helpline Sydenham Balti & Pizza Does not provide PC Support as promised Internet 

On 10/21/13 I was watching an episode of Deparate Housewifes. The program froze and a pop-up appeared and asked if I wanted to report the issue. I clicked yes.  Within a few minutes I got a call from PC Support Helpline. ( I should have been suspicious at that moment) They offered to resolve my issue and provide service for two years for $199.99. I figured it was only about $8.00 per month so not a bad deal.  They promised my computer would work like new. It was only 1 yr old. They showed me the error log where I could see there had been attacks. (Again bells should have been ringing since the attack errors occurred just before they called me) I use Norton 360 and wondered why it hadn't prevented the attacks. After the repair that took them about 1 1/2 hrs, my computer was working fine. Didn't seem like new though.  On 10/27/13 I called because I wanted Internet Explorer to be my default web browser. I was told the technicians were busy and would call me back in one hour. After 4 hours I sent them an email but still did not get a response. They did send me an email with the copy of my purchase receipt.

On 2/8/14 I called their number 1-800-841-9564. The first call was connected to a ongoing phone sex conversation. I'm not kidding. I even checked my phone to see if I dialed the wrong number. I tried the number several times again and it was never answered. I also tried their 530-328-0815 number. Once I was told it was not a working number. Another call sounded like it was being transferred. It was answered by an automated response that said "the number was switched off or not reachable at the moment, please try later."

I will be filing a charge dispute with my credit card company.
