PC Support Office, Not known to me. They posed as McAffee Virus company they were suppose install virus protection cost 100.00. When they got the credit card they billed my card for $599.99. North Bergen New Jersey

i was online trying to reach Mc Afee Virus Protection for renewal of my subscription. PC Support identified themselves as the Mc Afee company.  I thought I was dealing with McAfee Company.  They told the fee was $100 for complete intallation and registration.  I followed their direction to let  them in my computer they did the installment.  They asked me for my Credit Card.  I gave the card numbers.  I went online the next day to my bank account I noticed they had billed my account for $599.99.  I got so up set I called my bank to try to block the charge. The bank told me to call the merchant and request my money back.

When I called PC Support they offered me two years of unlimited service on my computer along with the McAfee virus protection. On February 19,2018 I was contacted abount replaceing the drivers on my Acer computer. When technician when in my computer yo replace the drivers. He stated the computer waas about to crashed it was not protected for virus and otherr things where neglected. He Asked had ever had my computer cared by a technician. I said I had and still had a contract for the service that would end 2019.  He showed me all the things that were was not done.  I could not install the divers without the work being done.

I did not have the money to do the repairs and told the technecian.  I needeed to get in touch with the compamy that worked it. They said they worked on it more than thirty times. I said you did not fix the problems complete the service . i want  a complete refund.  They flatley refused saying they did the work. I have talk to them several times no return. The techician showed that they never completely left my computer. They had installed spy wear. Iam 76 years old live low in come housing on a small pension. The withdrawal caused my account to be overdrawn. The bank informed they could not help time frame was too long.

I have my contract for the service on Hard copy.
