I hope that this report saves any one else from suffering the theft that I have through pctools.com

I mistakenly thought that I was puchasing a product that I had used prior to pctools called PC Cillon. The product caused my PC to lock up and not function properly. I uninstalled it immediately and my PC was working properly again.

I began to get notices of expiration and invitations for renewal. After months of ignoring them I received an invoice stating that my credit card had been debited for the amount of 39.99.
The invoice is titled "Renewal Information:" Your subscriptions for the products listed below have been automatically renewed and your subscription will now expire on March 07, 2012.

Needless to say it is unauthorized. I tried to call, the 800# was automated and told me that I was qued in and that someone would take my call in the order in which I dialed. I placed my phone on speaker and laid it beside me for about 10 minutes until it actually rang twice as if I were being transfered but then a dial tone came.

I have emailed them and received an automated email stating that "We will endeavor to answer it within 24 hours, at which time you will receive the answer to your question in an email from us."

Save yourself the trouble of getting your money back and having to do what I am doing to help others from this very unscrupulous company by not making the same mistake that I have.

Hope that you are reading this before your purchase, if not, call your credit card company and stop the payment as unauthorized. It is much easier than contacting this company.
