How can I tell you about a year of horror. how do I even explain the pressure,stress, fights with the wifethe money we spent, attorneys we have had, negotiators weve hired, judges we have begged. there comes a time when its not about the money people, or even our home that we loved and worked so hard to make 'our home'....

the mortgage company coming to our house on a holiday (wife and I, our attny and mortgage co. were in negotiation)....

**plus think> no attny's, judges or company open holidays**

broke in our home, called animal control who darted our kenneled dogs(what the ***?) then claimed to the police that the house was abandoned and he represented the owners.. Demanded we vaccate in 24hours (we had 6 years of living in that home, uhaul closed, hotels booked for the holiday) we started packing and called a few friends over to help. by the good lord> this is wrong... 2 attny and 1 very upset judge later and that next morning at 11am> we handed him the letter from the judge 'motion to stay eviction 30 days' we smiled... he calls his office; says no stay has come accross his fax (idiot>courts closed/holiday duh) and procedes to call in his greasy movers, rents 4 storage units over the phone and can you believe? a trash truch dropped a semi sized dumpster in front of our house. and this all before noon... we had the city police, the sherrifs dept (who never served or taped on our home a court forclosure notice) 1 attny and several friends and nieghbors there and it looked pretty bad. and then the judge returned a phone call' man> you could hear him accross the porch when he found out his signed court document didnt mean a danm to the guy from the mortgage company. but it meant a lot to the city police, boy> never been so proud of those officers... cant go on, have to tell more later> sorry> hint for whats to come/ we are winning in court and have won one motion already>look out...
