I was using the pc health kit which was suppose to be good for a year when I noticed the Icon was removed from my computer. Last night when I got on line I noticed someone was moving my mouse and had access to my computer without my permission. After writting on a word pad that I know you are watching me, pop up ads started coming from everywhere. I saw a backdoor screen where they had actually log that they had cancelled my cleaning tool and was now using a spy program. dallas texas

 I purchased pc health kit to speed up my computer.  When I did the purchase for 29.99 there was a number to call for assistance to help download the program.  I called the number.  The person asked me for access to my computer and then begain to download the pc health kit program.

 After the program was downloaded she begain to try and make me purchase a 250.00 cleaning program from her where she would delete my temp filies and my prefetch files on my c-drive.  I told her I did not want her to do this and she still continued to charge my credit card.  I asked her to speak to a supervisor.

After the supervisor got on the phone I was on the phone one hour with him the only way I could stop the charges was to disconnect him from my computer so I did however I was charged the 29.99.

I started using the pc health kit program for two weeks then the program disappeared from my computer.  Last night when I went online I noticed It was back. That was strange so I looked at the program and I noticed that a person was moving my mouse and had access to my computer without my knowledge.

The pc health kit stated that the program had been taken from my desk top on 8/ 9 and returned on 8/19 although I paid for a year.  I also stated that I was active until 8/2014.  When the person on the computer realized I was looking at the program they turned the program off.
