pchelpstationj pc help scam Omaha Nebraska

Could not get rid of Constant pop up screen on pc telling me I had various errors,  so finally decided to click and check out what the service was and what errors I had,  Big Mistake.  It was a total scam, should have know better they insisted on payment up front and gave me screen outlining the fee schedule and I selected one time fix .  Asked how long it would take as I had an appointment in 3 hours, they said about an hour, showed me screen after screen allegedly revealing I had been hacked numerous times, they proceded to use Hitman Pro, Piriformercleaner, clean up registry errors, clean out recycle bin; c cleaner, etc., which ran on and on for 3 plus hours and my computer was still a mess and not functioning properly and I told manI wanted to speak to a Manager, unfortunately I got another party who spoke even poorer English and he passed me off to another tech specialist who was even more difficult to understand.  I complained loud and long that I was going to protest paying them and immediately called my credit card company.  After a couple months back and forth where pchelpstation sent totally false reports to paypal who forwarded to Credit Card company they told me they could do nothing without evidence of malffeasance on the part of pchelpstation.  Pchelpstation even claimed they had a digital recording showing I was satisfied and they would provide.  I'm quite sure they would be too embarrassed to provide that because I was irate by the time I finished with them and certainly did not give them a Quality rating of 5 out of 5 as claimed.  I had to have my computer repaired by another Computer Tech the next day as I could not even get on line.  This outfit is one big SCAM.  I just wanted to go on record don't use pchelpstation it is one big ripoff.  They claimed I called them and was having trouble with internet explorer.  First of all that was all a lie I did not call them and I was on line without any problem except their constant popup interrupting my email and I could not get rid of it.  Still don't know what their phone number is.  I used Omaha, Nebraska as a locaition for this company because that is where phone number is located that is listed after their fee on my Credit Card.  Incidentally they bill thru paypal so I filed a complaint with them as well.
