PCI Not the Big Company Dishonest Marketing and Inaccurate Data for Major University Directory Dallas Texas

PCI does effective marketing to the degree it compiles names and addresses of alumni to purchase university alumni directories but does not have either the inclination or expertise to include those very names of the people they target in the directory. I am one.  I found the cost of the directory costly and the delivery time frame problematic but after several calls to their marketing staff who were very much available, I decided to purchase the directory nevertheless because of a project for a non-profit.  By the time I began to use the directory, I discovered that despite all the promotion about the universities they service, the accuracy of the data, and their expertise,  my own name and affiliation were not listed.  

Nor were the names of several classmates listed.  I am deeply disappointed and very concerned that this company does mostly marketing but does not take time to ensure the quality of the product.  I also discovered that customer service is virtually non-existent, i.e. long wait time on the telephone with promises to return calls.  I am requesting a refund.  If the purchase amount for the virtually useless directory is not refunded, I will write the university alumni association, report my experience on social media  and begin petition to apprise my university of the shoddy work this company produces.
